Our Story

Reliability Inspections is a female-owned NDT/mechanical integrity inspection service provider with certified professional inspectors in multiple disciplines.

Our inspectors have nationally-accredited certifications including API 510, 570, and 653, ASNT NDT Level III, AWS-CWI and STI SP001 Tank Inspector.

Our goal is to assist our customers in assuring the reliability and continued safe operation of their equipment, processes, and plant assets. The company and the inspectors of Reliability Inspections bring a wealth of field, code and regulatory knowledge and experience to our customers’ projects.

We appreciate the opportunity to work directly with our customers in a way that brings value on a project-by-project basis. Our approach is to utilize and follow appropriate and applicable regulations, codes and standards that reference or provide methodologies for NDT inspections, API inspection guidance and requirements, structural codes and inspection practices, and design code experience including practical applications and experience-based service issues.

Our inspectors have worked with engineering and maintenance department leaders and technicians for more than 20 years in various facilities and locations.

We have considerable familiarity with the following categories of equipment: vessels, piping, relief devices, emergency shutdown systems, instruments & controls, and dynamic equipment. We have familiarity in market segments that include Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Coatings & Resins, Steel Production, Food & Drugs, Ammonia Refrigeration, Water Treatment, Specialty Chemicals, Phosphorus, Chlorine, Aerospace, Structural, Commercial Construction, Fabrication and Municipalities.

We have worked with customers to review new designs, fabrication, construction, installation, operation, ongoing maintenance, and retirement of process equipment with a focus on mechanical integrity, inspection, and quality assurance. We work safely to assure our customers’ continued safe operation!
